Facilitate Real time monitoring, reporting and relevant data drill down for Outbound (OB) & Inbound (IB) to specific requirements to achieve Process and Organization�s objectives and to meet and exceed SLA requirements.

� OB Dialer management.

� IB/OB monitoring for adherence to staffing.

� Update hourly reports across OB & IB.

� Provide Feedback to Campaign Mangers / Supervisors and follow up on effective implementation & measurement of proposed strategies.

� Backup for MIS.

� Escalation Matrix adherence.

� Break Management.

� Traffic desk management.
