Job Description :

*  Is able to collate all Data reports for Audit all Location level reports for business rule adherence.

* Ensure all data and reports are stored at relevant places as per timelines 

* Is able to do basic data analysis.

Job Role & Responsibility:

MIS Analyst is responsible for advanced data reporting e.g. Org Headcount calculation and reporting. He also do data analytics showing a correlation in the data

 

Skills ( Must Have ) :

* Respect and adherence to timelines for all tasks

* Ability to handle large numbers and data files

* Maintains, tracks and publish advanced reports e.g. Headcount report with utmost accuracy and as per timelines. *Articulate findings done during data analysis and exbihit a significant correlation

Is able to create business rules and colabrate reporting from tools into advance reports

* Able to display various initiatives around automation of reports

Strong understanding of Excel formulas and ability to run Macros
