Job Description :

Urgently looking for a candidate with 7+yrs of extensive industry experience in Java along with J2EE /.Net Development.

Ideal Candidate will be responsible for :

• Be responsible for hands-on team management activities including line-management and delivery of tasks undertaken by the team managed, ensuring quality and timeliness.

• With the help of the Project Manager, work with senior business and technology managers, to identify business requirements and the associated business case for development projects. This will also include stakeholder engagement including sponsors.

• Lead scoping, estimation and planning activities and also manage resource allocation.

• Interaction with numerous business groups (Operations, Middle Office, Front Office, Finance etc.) throughout the full project lifecycle, and with other IT teams as appropriate.
