• Strong N-tier architecture experience.
• Strong skills in C#, VB .NET, ASP.NET, Ajax.
• Better familiarities with SQL Server (any of 2000, 2005, 2008).
• Strong application design and coding skills.
• Analytical skills with regards to addressing user issues and finding optimal solutions.
• Client-side technologies (xml, CSS, JavaScript etc.) .
• Experience of IIS 7 .
• Knowledge of the development lifecycle, Agile Methodology.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Dedication to set and meet timelines.
• Dedication to deliver defect-free code.
• Long term commitment and should be open for support, enhancement role .
• A problem solver who is self-assured and technically confident.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Comfortable with taking requirements through to implementation.
• Lead major development initiatives.
