Job Title:- Program Manager

Location:- Bentonville, AR

Visa: USC/ GC EAD or H4 [C2C sub of USC is only accepted when it is with his/her own corp] 

Exp: 10+

Responsibilities:-

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage end-to-end project execution (initiation closure).
Track progress using tools like Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
Identify risks, mitigation strategies, and dependencies.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and external vendors.
Ensure adherence to budget and cost control.
Conduct status meetings, reporting, and escalation management.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with governance, security, and quality standards.

Requirements:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Remove impediments and support team productivity.
Guide teams on Agile/Scrum best practices.
Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlog and priorities.
Track sprint progress using metrics (velocity, burndown charts).
Coach teams on continuous improvement and self-organization.
Ensure transparency and effective communication across stakeholders.
Foster an Agile culture across the organization.
Support scaling frameworks (SAFe, etc.) if applicable.
