Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with deep hands-on expertise in designing, architecting, and delivering large-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical depth across Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, security, DevOps, analytics, and multi-cloud architecture.

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Architecture & Development
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solution design across complex enterprise implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex programming, Triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Advanced experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
• Design and build high-performance, dynamic UIs using modern Salesforce front-end frameworks.
Data Modeling & Large Data Volumes
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling.
• Experience in designing and optimizing:
o Custom objects and relationships
o Schema design and indexing
o Large Data Volume (LDV) strategies
Integration Architecture & Patterns
• Hands-on experience with:
o REST & SOAP APIs
o Platform Events
o Change Data Capture (CDC)
o Named Credentials
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Boomi.
Security & Access Control
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security architecture including:
o OAuth flows and SSO
o Role hierarchy and sharing rules
o Field-Level Security (FLS)
o Salesforce Shield Platform Encryption
DevOps & Platform Tools
• Strong exposure to Salesforce DevOps and platform tools:
o Salesforce DX
o Unlocked Packages
o Metadata API
• CI/CD experience using tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Copado, or similar.
Analytics & Insights
• Experience with CRM Analytics / Einstein Analytics.
• Ability to build advanced:
o Reports & Dashboards
o KPIs and executive-level insights
o AI-powered analytics within Salesforce
Experience Cloud & Mobile Enablement
• Architect and deliver customer and partner portals using Experience Cloud.
• Design mobile-responsive solutions using Salesforce Mobile App.
Multi-Cloud Architecture
• Strong understanding of architecting solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds, including:
o Sales Cloud
o Service Cloud
o Marketing Cloud
o Experience Cloud
o Data Cloud
Data Migration
• Define and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems to Salesforce.
• Apply best practices for data quality, validation, and reconciliation.
