Job Title: Salesforce Developer (GCP Experience Required)

Location - Issaquah, WA

 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development and hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams. Experience with Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) / Customer Engagement Suite (CES) is a strong plus.

 

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external applications.
  • Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as:
    • Cloud Functions
    • Cloud Run
    • Pub/Sub
    • Cloud Storage
    • BigQuery
    • Apigee
    • Cloud Monitoring
  • Experience building API-driven integrations between Salesforce and GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) or Customer Engagement Suite (CES).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with Contact Center platforms.
  • Knowledge of CTI integrations and customer service workflows.
  • Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
  • Google Cloud certification is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications.
  • Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex solutions.
  • Develop integrations between Salesforce and GCP using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and CI/CD processes.
  • Document technical designs, integrations, and development standards.
