Roles is critical to address existing gaps in the Nova mastering layer and to ensure scalable, high-quality entity resolution.
Strong data engineers + data scientists with deep expertise in data mastering and entity resolution
 *   Experience leveraging ML/AI models for semantic matching and data normalization
 *   Ability to improve mastering accuracy across ingestion, merging, and rollup layers
 *   Hands-on experience working with large-scale data pipelines and production-grade data platforms
