The water temperature is never less than 4.5°C

Hi Everyone,

As a result of GLM, the minimum water temperature (T) is always about 4.5 °C. The problem is that the inflow T and air T are zero and even negative, but realistically and logically, the water T should be also between 0 and 4.5 as well as higher than 4.5 °C. Do you know why it is never less than 4.5°C?
