R package related AED

Hi everyone:

     I am using GLM-AED to simulate oxygen dynamics in a deep reservoir.  For GLM, I can use package of "glmtools" and "rLakeAnalyzer" in R for post-pocessing. I wonder whether there are some similar packages in R for the AED model?  

     If there are some packages to deal with the results of AED, that will be very helpful for the future study!

Hi Chenxi,

I am unaware of any AED specific R packages at the moment. `glmtools` has a fair amount of functionality that can be used with both base GLM physical data as well as AED simulation results. What kind of functionality are you specifically looking for?
