I revised my TaoTronics review in an attempt to make it more clear, after one of the most bizzare arguments I have seen came in as a comment

 

He seemed to be stuck on the cooling fan, totally missing the point that this is just a symptom of the poor drivers the TaoTronic LEDs have, not what makes these a poor choice

The facts are these use much older emitters in a shotgun type method, daisy chained together make up for their lack of quality. In the end, even if you have a somewhat reef capable light, you are using 3-4 time the electricity

This guy also bought into the great marketing by EcoTech that these are one of the best LEDs when in fact these use cool white emitters and green emitters
