Infinite loop on crash

I pulled a new nightly this morning, after Aquamacs crashed, and I got
back the infinite loop on restart behavior.

I get the "Aquamacs quit unexpectedly" window with "Ignore" "Report..."
"Reopen." If I do any of these Aquamacs simply quits -- it does not start.

Removing the Logs/CrashReporter/Aquamacs* files does not fix the problem.

After that I get the window again, and when I click "Reopen" the
Aquamacs icon "bounces," and then I get the modal dialog box back, so
"Reopen" is an infinite loop.
