Aquamacs 3: Auctex-toolbar

Customizing the auctex toolbar in the usual way, and then saving option via the menu, does actually not save the customization. After restart of Aquamacs, in fact even without restart and just loading another latex file, the customizations are lost. It seems that the way the toolbar icons are ordered according to what you see in TeX-bar-LateX-buttons in the auctex toolbar customization buffer can be changed only in that buffer.

Also, the nice toolbar icons used in 2.5 for the tex-related commands are not shown anymore.

Trash the toolbar customization settings from your customizations.el file and try again. Any luck?
