diving in Thailand

Hey Guys,

Im heading to thailand in late May and hoping to get some diving in. Anyone have any diving experience in Thailand? let me know if you guys have any recommendations.

I've been to Phuket a couple of times and love the diving. If you are just doing day dives from there - I would recommend a group call Sea Fun Divers. A guy name Rene runs it and he is from No Cal. A live aboard operation to dive the Similan Islands - I think 4 to 7 day trips - is "Colonial" live aboard. Mik is a great contact at that shop.

I dove at Ko Phi Phi in January 2010 with "The Adventure Club". They were pretty good. The main guy there is Australian I think. Pretty good crew.
