about RSFB!!!

Hello friends...

I have successfully integrated  SFB and RSFB. when I try to run RSFB I got this problem.

./leodos.sh: line 171:  1614 Floating point exceptionns leodos.tcl $params > $tmp_file
any one who have experienced with this problem please help me
