Dear all,
I am working on creating an AQM technique. I recently submitted my preliminary work (which included NS2 simulations) to a conference and it was unfortunately rejected. There were a couple of comments from the reviewers. In particular, one of them said:
An AQM solution can hardly be applied in real world. This is a known fact. Very few AQM solutions were successful, and they're generally very simple in design. The paper doesn't address much about the deployment issues, and the evaluation is purely simulations; so it's not a solid "proof of concept".
Since all of us here was working towards a similar goal, I was wondering what were your thoughts on such a comment? And if we can find some compelling points to counter this argument which can help us all.
Please suggest and thank you in advance.
Regards,
Harkeerat
