Robustness patch

Hi,

I've made a few tweaks to Apydia (trunk) so it doens't barf when
inspect fails to "inspect" some source-less modules. Also changed
sys.modules.itervalues for sys.modules.values so it doesn't break when
sys.modules is changed dynamically.

FYI, this is documenting a Django app with loads of C and Fortran
extensions... I'm not too sure which module exactly is breaking up...

Great, I absolutely love it so far, especially the "crumbs". This can
be a great starting point for many other project sites.

Btw., please let me know if you need (or could use) any additional
graphical/stylistic elements.
