Any chance of adding a command-line option to specify the homepage of
the project? I couldn't find a way to do this.

Hello Adam,

thank you for your request. I just committed an update to Apydia
that adds a 'homepage'-option (-w switch) with which you can specify
the project homepage. If the option is set, the title in the header of
the docs will be linked to the given url. You can access the value
in your own themes through the property "project.homepage".
I hope this is what you need.
