APV not available in Play store

Why APV isn't available in Play store https://play.google.com/ anymore?
I purchased a full version and I'd like to use it on other devices.

It's the best reader for me for following reasons:
- super fast (immediately tracking my finger)
- smoothly following the finger (no initial little "jump" effect)
- reasonable (not too small) margin for horizontal finger movements
- night mode

I've checked many PDF Readers from store (around 20?) and none of them has 4 features above.
I would be happy to see APV resurrected.
