Non credit of CPS deductions to PRAN account

Hello Everyone,

 

                           I am Garnepudi Baby . Worked as Senior Accountant at Repalle from 06.12.2012 to 13.06.2012. (Nearly one and half years). When recently I checked my PRAN account, I found that the CPS amount for even one month is not credited into my account. Kindly advice me how to go with this thing.

Actually the period mentioned may be incorrect and if it is from06.12.2011 to 13.06.2012, the Nodal Office/PAO/Treasuries started uploading Cps Employee contributions to NSDL routing through them from 16.12.2011. From thereon the treasuries were uploading the data of that corresponding month in the succeeding month itself. Whereas the previous data/Arrear subscriptions before 11/2011 which is said to be as Legacy data is being uploaded by the treasuries itself in particular intervals i.e., 3 times Legacy data has been uploaded up to now which hav been already credited in to the PRAN accounts of each n every individual(max months   in the Fy 2008-2009,2009-2010, 2010-2011) has been credited except 3 or 4 months in that period. Legacy data from 01.09.2004 which has not been credited yet will be uploaded in the coming months in 2 or 3 spells. Hence you may kindly contact your related treasury and verify your data is present in the uploaded text file  or not for that period and also verify your correct PRAN no is mentioned/entered at that time whether u hav been gifted the missing credits...

Thank U Suresh Sir! But my employment period is from 06.12.2010 to 13.06.2012. As per your reply, only the credit from 16.12.2011 is taken up now. I have to verify the legacy data and confirm whether mine also is included. Thank you for your valuable reply.

06.12.2010 to 13.06.2012 period data has been credited already......

From April 2010 to Dec 2012 CPS contributions were uploaded to the NSDL through out the state.The reasons for non credit of CPS amounts may vary with one another.
1) PROF-1 mapping in DDO REQ is must.
2) DDO REGN NO should be entered in ddo req (cps-ddo regn entry)
3)In the Treasury PROF-1 acceptance for the employees shall be done in Cps prof-1    Verification

   Check the above three points .

Thank U Sateesh Sir! I have contacted the concerned STO. They have done the Proforma 1 mapping. I think the next step is to be taken up by the DT Office. If any doubt arises, I will contact U people. Thank U all!

The following reasons for not credited CPS amount to your account.
1. Wrong fed of CPS PRAN Number in HRMS Package.
2. DDO employees maping not completed in HRMS Package.
or
the same not accepted by the STO/ATO in impact.

Check ur account with impact and HRMS package.
