About aas is not drawn in Feb 2015 now how it drawn

Respected sir in our school one employee AAS(6years) come from 2-2-2015, our ddo didn't drawn in february2015 and pay of that employee is fixed in RPS-2015 with out giving aas , now how it will claim. Plz any one give me clarification and plz post a model bill like this if possible

Pay should be fixed in R.P.S 2015 and the arrears should be claimed from 01.03.2015.

In this case arrears from 2-2-15 to 31-3-15 will claim in rps 2010 scales and from 1-4-15 onwards it will be claimed in 2015 scales duly revise the pay

As per Govt orders in force, if the pay fixation arrears in RPS,2015 were drawn, AAS arrears from 2-2-2015 onwards shall be paid in RPS,2015 in cash.

arrears from 02-02-2015 to 31-03-*2015 in 2010 scales and from 01-04-2015 onwards it will be claimed in 2015 scales

Government will be issued orders on the arrears from 02.4.2014 to 31.03.2015 in RPS 2015. Either draw in old scales or to awaited upto further orders.
