ఒక ఉద్యోగి హైదరాబాదు లో అకౌంట్స్ విభాగము నందు సీనియర్ అకౌంటెంట్ గా పనిచేస్తు (request) పర్మెనెంట్ గా డిస్ట్రిక్ట్ ట్రె జరి , గుంటూరు కు ట్రాన్స్ఫర్ అయినాడు (సీనియర్ అకౌంటెంట్ గా).

ఆతనికి హైదరాబాద్ లో చేసిన సర్వీసు మరియు గుంటూరు లో చేస్తున్న సర్వీసు కలిపి 6 సంII స్పెషల్ గ్రేడ్ ఇవ్వవచ్చున (సీనియర్ అకౌంటెంట్ గా).

the individual has eligible for sanction of (6) under AAS scheme he has loss seniority in the district only

yes he is eligible , seniority is different from incremental service
