Can't version up my apps.

I have several apps in aptoide and google play. I release new version in Google play but there is no option to update version for my app in Aptoide. Do any one have any idea how to version up?

I don't have an answer to your question as i am new to it, but instead can you please tell me how can i upload apps in aptoide?
