I created
this issue to track this, but has anyone else seen aptly publish take over an hour to publish to an S3 bucket with a no-op publish? Even when I'm not adding any new packages or changes to the repo, when I run publish, I see the "Generating metadata files and linking package files..." which says it will take over 4 hours to complete.
When I check the S3 bucket, all the files have updated dates on them, so it seems to be re-uploading all files to S3 even with 0 changes.
I have tried skipContentsPublishing in my aptly config file, but saw no changes in timing when enabling that in my dev deployment.
Thanks,
Robert
