This month, the focus of the HPA Burning Question is Patient
Attendance.

If you are interested in participating and offering data about your
clinic's call and cancel or no show rates, please take the time to
read page 1 of the survey before entering information. If you have
data on separate disciplines, you are asked to re-enter the survey for
each discipline.

The Section on Health Policy & Administration (HPA) presents the HPA
Burning Question, quick polls intended to provide the physical therapy
community with input, direction or guidance related to management
practices or benchmarks. Please note that these burning questions are
"polls", not formal research products.

Poll results are summarized in a blog posting (open to the public)
after the poll closes and HPA members will have access to the full
poll data. Both HPA members and non-members may respond to the Burning
