Yeeeeah... Pretty sure someone as been watching too much Doctor Who. Aliens that have been here for thousands of years (Not even kidding, the plot of an episode: "The alien leaders of the Silence were encountered by the Doctor in 1969 America. The Silence had been on Earth since humanity's beginning, secretly manipulating humanity and its development for their own ends.")... behind the rise of Hitler (also the plot of another episode)... secretely running the government (another plot point)... and "Tall Whites" (quite literally)... pretty much sums up these guys. It also helps that in the episode that this picture is taken from, they are in the White House.
