Reg: Submission today @ 1700hrs sharp

Dear all,

I hope you remember that you need to submit the following by 1700 hrs today:

1. Report (PDF version)

2. Powerpoint presentation (not longer than what can be presented in 30 minutes)

3. 2 no.s A0 size final sheets (JPEG)

All of these must be in a winzip folder named after your group. Example: NavaWadajOpt1.zip or DudheshwarOpt2.zip

I have been instructed to not allow any group which fails to mail me the same after 1700 hrs today.

Time management and discipline are virtues we would like to instill in our planners. 

We also expect you to rehearse your presentation tonight.

PS: Saurabh and Smruti will seek your cooperation for making the studio ready for presentation. Help them in sticking white sheets/cloth on the board and windows.
