I am waiting for the consent from a few more faculty members. Meanwhile, here are the reviewers for the 16th Oct juries. 

Yogi/Aniket, please make the evaluation sheets accordingly. We also need to arrange for three projectors. I hope, the students would cover the windows before the reviews. Lets meet today sometime.

Dear all, 

Thanks for agreeing to review the draft plans for the area planning studio this time. The reviews are scheduled between 10.30-1.30 on 16th Ocotober (Wednesday) in the first year M. Plan studio (next to the basement). We will start at 10.30 sharp. 

We have taken 10 municipal wards and two students group (of 5 each) are preparing one proposal option. You will be reviewing 3 or 4 wards (depending upon the table below) where one student group of 4-5 students will show you one proposal option. We will have 3 parallel juries. The faculty group (of 2 each) who are guiding the students will also join you for the reviews. Other faculty members may join the panels but you will be evaluating the students. By that time, we would have had the first round of reviews on 14th October. 

For every group we have set aside time limits of 40 minutes where 20 minutes is their presentation and remaining 20 minutes for the Q/A. The faculty members in group 1 and 2 are welcome to join the group 3 after their reviews are over. 

I am attaching the studio outline for your reference. It specifies what are the objectives of this studio and what to expect at this stage of the studio. Although it is possible that some of the groups have taken some liberty to work on certain aspects more than the other groups. The schedule and the allocation of groups is given in the table below:
