Remaining sessions of APS

Dear all, 

Thanks for all your co-operation and presence during the pre-final juries. It all went very well. A lot of hard-work was put in by all the AAs. Kudos to them! 

We will be a faculty meeting on Friday (18th Oct) at 10.30 to discuss the outcomes of the pre-final jury and the way forward. Please see the schedule of the remaining session of the APS in the google calendar. I am repeating the details here in any case. 

The final jury is scheduled on 31st Oct (Thursday) between 10.30 to 3 pm. I will circulate the exact schedule later. We will have the common session between all the faculty members, jurors and the students after all the juries are over. We will also be taking the students feedback at that time.

The students must submit a printed copy of their report to you now. Please comment on the report and finalise everything from your side by 21st Oct (Monday) so that they can submit the final report on 28th Oct. They will also be giving you the mock presentation on 28th Oct (Monday). This will be the final opportunity for them to receive any comments from you and also to practice their final presentation. 

The students will be submitting their final PPTs on 30th Oct evening 5 pm. 

Every evening between 5.30-7.30, Dr Bimal Patel is discussing the ward plans of the different groups. It is based on the students demand. Today we are discussing Jamalpur and Gomatipur. Tomorrow will be Ghatlodia and the day after will be Ambawadi. I will keep you posted about this. You are welcome to join in if you can.
