Suggestions for the external jurors

Dear all, 

We are scheduling the final jury of the APS on 1st Nov (Friday), 2013. 

We could have 4 parallel juries and each jury group reviews 5 wards (individual options) between 9.30 am to 1.30 pm. Each review could be about 45 minutes long. I still have to figure out some logistics so all suggestions are welcome. 

I am particulary inclined to repeat some of the external jurors from the last year. They could give us some useful feedbacks on what they have observed in consecutive years. Here is the list of suggested jurors from my side. We have a combination of people from private sector, public sector and academic institutions. We should finalise this soon.

3. Ms. Paromita Roy, Sr. Urban designer, DDA
4. Ms. Uma Adusumilli, Sr. Urban Planner, MMRDA
5. Mr. Vijay Anadatkat, Embarq/ex-RMC
6. Ms. Neela Munshi, Sr. Planner, AUDA
7. Mr. Vatsal Patel, TPO, AMC
8. Ms. Champaka T R, Planner, SCE Bangalore
9. Mr. Umesh Shrupalli, planing consultant, ILFS
10. Mr. Anuj Malhotra, director, center for green mobility
11. Ms. Parul Chaudhari, Architect-Planner, Ahmedabad
12. Mr. Shobhit Tayal, Architect-Planner, Ahmedabad

We should be able to negotiate to the travel budget for at least 4 jurors from outside Ahmedabad. In this list, I have 5 people from outside- Ahmedabad. 

Please give me your suggestions by Tuesday (15th) morning.
