The final jury and submissions

Dear all, 

This is to update you on the final decisions taken in the last APS faculty meeting - 

- The final jury is scheduled on 31st Oct (Thursday). I am working on the time schedule (which need to be co-ordinated with the other class timings at different venues). But we will try and finish the juries by the lunch time. 

- We will have 4 parallel sessions with 5 wards presenting in each panel. Venues - Two in the APS studio, One in the Auditorium and One in GIDC Bhavan. We will have lunch with the jurors in the GIDC Bhavan by 1.30 and the final gathering will also take place there by 2 pm. I will let you know the start and end time of the juries soon. 

- The schedule is given below. The faculty members will move into different panels but the AAs will be stationed with one panel to ensure the continuity. If there are any issues with the schedule then please mail me separately (not in the group mail).

Each Jury will be 50 minutes (Max). 20 Minutes will be for the uninterrupted presentation and 30 minutes (max) for the Q/A. 

Submissions

- 28th Oct - Mock presentation and the final report submission

- 30th Oct 5 pm - final PPT and the A0 sheets submission
