Just a quick heads up for anyone iGating using a copy of APRX from SVN. If you update to Rev 543 or later, you might have a problem with sending updates to the APRSIS servers.

You will have to add your APRSIS passcode to the APRS.CONF file in the APRSIS section.

# # Passcode for your callsign # passcode -1

Have a good day !

Correction. That should read: "You will have to add your APRSIS passcode to the APRX.CONF file in the APRSIS section."

Hi,

Is there build 543 out? I can only find 542. Can you please let me know about the download site you are using?

I believe 543 is only available as source.  You could compile it yourself....

Pull it from subversion:
Current trunk is 556, so revision 543 is “old”.
To just get the current version, use:

Any idea when the next version will be available at http://ham.zmailer.org/oh2mqk/aprx/ ? At this point, I only know how to use the files found there to install on the Raspberry Pi.

Thanks, Max

If you are using the Debian install for RasPi (Raspbian), you can use this package:

I try to keep current binary packages of the SVN tree updated there.
