Question about position reports limitations and courtesy with APRX

Hi !

I am looking for a solution but could not find it now.
Running an APRS Tx-Rx Igate (F4ACU-3), I want to transmit from APRS-IS to RF only positions reports in "courtesy" situation.
In my opinion, courtesy is position transmission from "A" station to "B" station when "B" have previously received a message from "A".

That works without any filter restrictions but in this case, some position reports are sometimes reported from IS to RF without any previously message sent.
If I use a "t/" filter without "p", all positions reports are filtered, even in courtesy situation.
If I a use "t/" filter with "p", too many position reports are send to RF as explained above.

What I want to limit are position reports in courtesy situation only.
