Issue with rate limiting in API mode

Hi, 

I'm developing a custom balloon tracking software that uses APRS.fi for the tracking data on the balloon. I had an issue with my code and it hit the rate limit. The API guide says to contact someone to adjust the rates for the application. I was hoping someone could help me with that.

detail.

Most of the time people get hit by the rate limits simply because they are
requesting a lot of targets one by one, instead of querying multiple
targets using a single request.
