APRS mail/ messages newbie help

Greetings

I am new to APRS. I have the APRS.fi IOS app via mobilnkd tnc4 running.

I can beacon, see Igate, etc

I am trying to learn how to send messages, email, and sms messages.

Can someone direct me to instructions on how to do each of these different types of messages. I haven’t been able to understand how to send messages.

As a new member to the APRS group, I am in need of assistance. I asked a few questions about a week ago with no results

I just purchased the APRS IOS app with extra features. I would like to know if I can send email from the app to general email addresses? I am confused as how the message app actually works

I would like to be able to send email from the APRS IOS app to general email service and be able to receive messages via APRs. Can someone help a new user?
