Add Yaesu FTM-310D to APRS database

Recently purchased one of the new Yaesu FTM-310D mobile radios. Noticed the device is not included in the device database for APRS yet.

Device - Unknown: Other Mic-E

Beacon message status has “_7” added to the end

Found some resources on GitHub, said request needs to come from vendor. Emailed Yaesu initially, they stated they do not add devices to an APRS database, the _7 tells them that APRS.fi has not added the radio to their database and to try reaching out here.

If any info is needed, let me know. Packet info would be under W1KRZ-9

I actually finally got the data and request from Yaesu to add the FTM-310D
and FTX-1 identifiers, and they went in on Friday.
