At aprs.fi, when filtering for igates, my igate is filtered out.  It disappears.  Is there an igate registration step I missed?  My Raspberry Pi igate is running: DireWolf 1.3 on RPi+RTL-SDR .  Thanks.

Which symbol are you using?

Hi,

aprs.fi does not require any registration of igates, and it doesn't care
about the symbol either; it just requires that one or more igated packets
that have gone through that igate have appeared on the APRS-IS network
during the past 7 days.

So, if the station is actually igating some traffic, it should appear
there eventually. If it doesn't, maybe it is using somehow incorrect APRS
path when igating. If you could say what is the callsign-SSID of your
igate, and maybe point us to some traffic that is visible in the raw
packets list and has gone through the igate, we could all look at what's
actually happening.

Hessu, thank you for the explanation.  Not much aprs traffic recently in the rf valley where igate is located.
