The
aprs.fi app runs on Android 11 and newer, which have a recent Play
Store runtime installed, and which pass the basic Play Protect checks. I
suppose GrapheneOS is not a Play Protect certified device, and the
checks don't pass. Sorry about that.
I have some previous experience on app piracy on Android and it made be
quite grumpy, so as a quick protection I'm currently using the Play
Protect tooling to make it harder, and hopefully reduce my grumpiness
levels. Other piracy prevention methods require more work; I might look at
this a bit later, there have been about 2 requests about GrapheneOS
support already.
