[Feature Request] Headings on tag-filtered bulletin pages should be clearer

Currently the heading on a tag-filtered bulletin page are:
(1) Bulletins and announcements sent by stations within 500 km from your location
(2) Bulletins in group XXX

But that is not what is in fact shown, which is more accurately labeled as either:
(1) Group XXX bulletins and announcements sent by stations within 500 km from your location
(2) Other bulletins in group XXX
or (if tag-filtering is made clear with a header at the top of the page)
(1) Bulletins and announcements sent by stations within 500 km from your location
(2) Other bulletins [~in group XXX~]
