It seems like some IP addresses of the CloudFlare CDN service are being
blocked in Spain, probably due to some other CloudFlare customers doing
something illegal, apparently re-streaming professional football league
games without permission. And then the content rights owners getting the
IPs blocked back in 2024.

Now when aprs.fi is using the CloudFlare service, sometimes it happens to
be on those IP addresses, and gets blocked. I suppose there's no other way
around this than not using CloudFlare, but I'll check with them.
