APRS by DMR Not Working

Hello Guys,

I have made all the configurations in my radio, hotspot and brandmeister to send the GPS position to APRS through a private call to 310999. What seems strange to me is that with a hotspot and radio system it works for me and with another system completely the same it does not work. The only difference is the callsign that i use. 

Could APRS.FI be blocking a particular callsign?  

I have made the settings as indicated on this site and many others.

That would be possible, but very unlikely, unless the callsign was doing
something outright silly previously. Most likely this is a DMR config
issue, and the DMR gateway folks can help you out there.

If you have a problem that is specific to a callsign, it helps to diagnose
if you tell which callsign it is.

You can also check the raw packets for it yourself at
https://aprs.fi/?c=raw - if the packets are not there, they're not
reaching aprs.fi. If aprs.fi drops them, they're still shown in the raw
packets, but with an error message which should be helpful in diagnosing.
