Hello,

I have been able to succesfully embed the map, and track ONLY the list of stations I want.  I have also been able to overlay a KML file on the regular aprs.fi.

What I don't know how to do is combine both of these excellent features!  I'd love to be able to embed, so I can show only particular stations, AND also display an overlay.  Is this possible??

No, the embedded map doesn't have all the features of the main site.

Hello,

This would truly be a GREAT feature.

Without that possibility, I would like to load the page with my Overlay, AND include a specific callsign only.  I know how to include the overlay, and how to specify the callsign, but not both.

This is my overlay URL http://aprs.fi/#!mt=roadmap&z=13&kml=http%3A%2F%2Fdwilson.ca%2FFullMarathon.kml&lat=49.8511&lng=-97.1966&timerange=3600

I would then like to create a URL for each callsign I want to track, with this overlay.

What is the syntax please?

Supported linking parameters are listed here:

http://aprs.fi/page/linking

The kml parameter seems to be missing from the list, I'll add it there.

Hi,

In the beginning of August we are supporting a Bike Ride that is about 75 miles each day.  I would love to be able to write a URL that would show me the route (I can create a KML of the route) and my 7-10 medical vehicles that are beaconing APRS.

I looked at the link and it does not look like the syntax is there for me to use.

Can you help me out and provide the syntax?

Thanks

It's not documented on the linking page, but as shown in OP's overlay url quoted below, you can just add a kml=URL parameter. You'll need to do url parameter encoding on the KML URL to get it passed correctly, as shown below.
