APRS Lat Lon Format

Soooo.....I wanted to see exactly where an APRS formatted Lat/Lon location was, 3829.70N, 09036.60W, so I pasted it into the Address locator on APRS.FI, and much to my surprise, it couldn't decode it, instead requesting that I format it to decimal notation.

I thought this was rather humorous!

It is a test of our acumen and radio operator abilities, Jon!.... LoL.... Without those abilities, we would all be Citizen Band Operators, after all.... <shiver>
