Could you describe with some more detail, what exactly are you asking?

Is this about the web site, which pulls data from the APRS-IS, or perhaps
the iOS app which can connect to a KISS TNC over TCP if it is announcing
its presence with DNS-SD?

If it is about the iOS app, it requires the TNC to support DNS-SD as per
the specification. If your network-enabled TNC does not support it yet,
please ask the vendor to implement it. The spec also has example commands
for Linux and Mac to manually run an announcement on the command line.
