Ok, thanks for including the callsign - knowing it certainly helps
investigation.
aprs.fi is not showing it, since has not heard any packets
from the new callsign, and I'm guessing that no-one else has heard it
either. Either the configuration is wrong, or you're transmitting on the
wrong frequency, or there are no internet gateways or digipeaters near you
which would forward the packets to
aprs.fi.
If the new callsign is not showing up on the other APRS sites (
findu.com,
db0anf APRS server, openaprs), it's a problem on the tracker or the APRS
network at your end, and not related to
aprs.fi.

When looking at Texas, checking "Save current map view as default view"
and clicking "Save" should work. If it doesn't work on IE8, try with
Firefox or Chrome (you'll find
aprs.fi works much faster on Chrome, too).
