iOS & Android app v2.10.0 released!

Version 2.10.0 is out (since a few days already, sorry for the late
announcement)! This is the first roughly-synchronised release which adds a
new feature (TNC & Beacon status rows on the Map view). Bugs and their
fixes are more specific to the platforms. :)

Change logs are below.

iPhone/iPad:

• Added a TNC & Beacon status view in the top of the map, shown when
either a TNC connection or Beacon is enabled. Shows most recent
received/transmitted packet, and a list of digipeaters which last repeated
a transmitted packet.
• Fixed APRS encoding of coordinates with ambiguity - replace numbers with
spaces instead of zeroing.
• Fixed tab bar item localisation on new iOS versions.
• Reload stations after panning map due to an address search completion.
• Fix a crash when selecting an uncached station in the search view.
• Improve station cache persistence, should better show cached data in
search view.
• User guide update for new status bar.

Android:

* map: Show TNC and Beacon status lines on the map view, with most recent
received/transmitted packet, and a list of digipeaters which last repeated
a transmitted packet
* map: Improve symbol center placement on the map
* map: Fix last position picking when merging data from TNC and API - TNC
always won regardless of data age
* beacon: Place error message boxes higher up, below the switches
* beacon: Don't let an in-flight API fetch revert a local edit in beacon
settings
