Device: Unknown: Other Mic-E

APRS.FI shows my Yaesu FTX-1 Field transceiver (LZ3AI-9) in the information as "Device: Unknown: Other Mic-E". Maybe something needs to be turned on somewhere to be recognized properly - there will be more and more such transceivers.If necessary, I will assist with additional information, as long as I can find it. 73! de LZ3AI, Tony

I've sent a message to Yaesu, to check with them if they'd like to add it
to the APRS device identification database.

I recently emailed Yaesu about adding the FTM-310D and they pointed me back to APRS saying Yaesu doesn’t add the device on their side. Were you able to make any headway on getting the FTX-1 added?
