Those of you who have been on this mailing list for a longer time have
probably noticed that I have to request for additionals details when
replying to most of the problem reports.

For those who have not yet noticed, I'd like to ask you to include as much
detail as humanly possible when reporting issues!

- Which browser does the problem occur with? Which EXACT version number
("Firefox 3.6.42 in Windows XP SP2" - check the Help => About page of your
browser)? Try other browsers - do they work?

- What callsign-SSID or ship are you looking up?

- If you're not tracking a specific callsing, then I need to need to know
the coordinates & zoom level. The easiest way for you to pass this
information is to click the 'Clear' link next to the callsign entry, which
produces a link to the current view in the address bar of the browser,
which can then be copied and pasted to an email like this:

http://aprs.fi/?lat=60.1653&lng=24.9518&mt=osm&z=14&timerange=3600

Many of the display problems happen only when tracking a specific station,
or displaying specific stations in some specific area, possibly at a
specific time! Unfortunately I can't guess what you are looking at. If the
problem would be visible over here, with the stations I'm usually looking
at, you can be sure I would have fixed it already.

In any case, please try to provide a link to the page exhibiting the
error. It's much easier and quicker to start looking at the issue that
way.
