Hi,

The public aprs.fi API does not support such a query. All of the available
API features are documented (https://aprs.fi/page/api), and if it's not
there, it's not there.

But you can connect to the APRS-IS, and set a range filter
(r/lat/lon/dist) or the "my range" filter (m/dist - works only after
posting a position packet), and collect & parse the packets from there.
