Verify account problem

Hi I have a problem....or a couple of problems that I think may be linked togeather.
Im trying to use PinPoint APRS and send and recieve messages over APRS-IS. But every time I try to send a message I get the following 

Then I try to go to the APRS-IS server and see that I'm not verified? 

So I try to verify my account and the verification code I get from APRS.fi is totally blank. 


I know my aprs-is passcode have worked with other apps before so im just curious if this is a PinPoint aaprs problem (software problem) or if I have to verify my account?
